The next capture your opponent makes is unmade: their piece snaps back to the square it came from, and your captured piece is restored where it stood. Kings cannot be unmade.
You draft Unmake in Buff mode. Passive: it works on its own the whole time you hold it, with nothing to activate.
As a protection card, it shields a piece or bars squares from the opponent.
