The next time one of your knights or bishops is captured, the shield flashes back and removes a random enemy pawn. If they have no pawns, it keeps waiting.
You draft Mirror Shield in Buff mode. Passive: it works on its own the whole time you hold it, with nothing to activate.
As a protection card, it shields a piece or bars squares from the opponent.
